CRITERIA
GENERAL CRITERIA (applies to all entrants):
- Complete secondary education (copy of certificate)
- Must have passed the general entrance exam (threshold score 410/410)
- Study request (electronic application) Essay Writing / Expresses interest in studying for a bachelor's degree program, self-study preparation, skills , talents, experience, personality, and how to study. Size A4, no more than 1-2 pages, essay should be sent to info@edu.mn/
SPECIAL CRITERIA I
(Additional criteria for applicants to journalism programs and bachelor's programs in preschool education, music education, and foreign language teaching):
- Literature (for example, reading and presenting a poem or article, a TV movie script, a cartoon script plan, an idea, a written story, an article, a novel, etc.)
- Knowledge of Mongolian history
- Interviews (self-expression, critical thinking, etc.)
The date of the exam will be set by CITY University and announced to the public.
SPECIAL CRITERIA II
(Additional criteria for admission to schools of architecture, civil engineering, graphic design, interior design and art):
- Applicants to the Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Graphic Design, and Interior Design will take a black art exam.
- Applicants for the undergraduate program in acting, singing, dancing, and music will be tested on their talents, skills, or hearing, rhythm, etudes, songs, poems, attention, movement, and dance.
The date of the exam will be set by CITY University and announced to the public.
CASES OF NOT GIVING THE GENERAL ADMISSION EXAM
- Citizens with higher education to obtain a secondary school education;
- Graduated from a specialized high school with a bachelor's degree and enroll in a bachelor's degree program;
- Educated abroad and received a certificate from the Center for Educational Evaluation.
