The following organizational structural units are working to fully ensure the normal and stable operation of CITI University. These include:
1/ Administration and Human Resources Department (with Law, Internal Control Department, and Service Department)
Under the vision, mission, and strategic plan objectives of the organization, the department shall ensure the daily, normal and stable operation of the schools, departments, and other structural units to improve work coordination, have professional and skillful human resources, and deal with internal activities by developing, approving rules and regulations, and monitors their implementation.
2/ Innovation and Business Development Department
The Department of Innovation and Business Development is responsible for developing, approving, and implementing the organization's business development policy within the framework of the university's goals and objectives under the school's vision, mission, and strategy.
3/ Marketing Department
The main functions of the department are to develop the annual marketing plan of “Citi” University, to organize its implementation, to report the results, and to organize the branding activities of the university.
4/ Teacher Development Policy and Planning Department
Under the organization's vision, mission, and strategic plan objectives, the aim is to develop a teacher support system and structure that will help school teachers and staff to continuously develop in the workplace, improve their knowledge, methodology, skills, and education, acquire new knowledge.
5/ Academic Affairs Department
The Academic Affairs Department is responsible for the implementation of training in accordance with standards, plans and technologies in accordance with the goals of the school's vision, mission and strategic plan, providing teachers with professional and methodological guidance, evaluating their work, providing advice and guidance.
6/ Advanced Academic Affairs Department
The department will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the master's and doctoral programs, organizing the establishment of the Council for the defense of master's and doctoral degrees in accordance with relevant procedures, providing guidance for degree defense.
7/ Library Department
The library department is responsible for offering high-quality library services, improving student’s library use, and enriching the library's collection.
8/ Finance Department
The organization's accounting is conducted in accordance with international accounting standards and relevant laws, rules and regulations, and reports and balance sheets are prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities on time.
9/ International Relations Department
Develops foreign relations in accordance with the goals of the school's vision, mission and strategic plan, establishes and develops cooperation with foreign universities, diplomatic missions and educational institutions, and introduces the organization's activities at the international level.
