Baikal Beauty Expo 2021, an international competition held annually in Irkutsk, Russia, has concluded.
Ten second- to fourth-year students from CITI University’s School of Beauty entered 19 categories in the international nail artists’ competition and won awards in 17 nail and beauty categories.
