CITI University, one of Mongolia’s earliest private higher education institutions with a 25-year history, holds a Graduation Show each year. Its vision is to provide world-class education in Mongolia and become one of Asia’s leading universities.
Previously organised solely by the School of Construction, Architecture and Design, one of the university’s six constituent schools, this year’s graduate fashion show had a broader scope. Alongside fashion design, students from the School of Beauty presented works in skin care, screen and theatre character make-up, hairdressing and styling, make-up, and nail art.
After four years combining theory and practice, the students presented the knowledge and skills they had acquired to the public.
Graduation 2022 was attended by President Professor Ts. Baigalmaa, Ph.D., university leaders, faculty and staff, students’ families and friends, and distinguished international guests. These included the ambassadors of Japan, France and Cuba to Mongolia and their spouses, representatives of arts and culture, heads of hairdressing and nail-art professional associations, and fashion designers. Guests highlighted the international competitiveness of the students’ work.
