Students in the Tourism and Hospitality program at the School of Business of CITI University visited the Novotel hotel, part of an international hotel chain, and reinforced the theoretical knowledge they had acquired in the classroom in a real work environment.
During the familiarization visit, the students deepened their knowledge and understanding of the hotel’s daily operations, service organization, guest reception practices, service standards, and the professional aspects of the industry.
The visit was valuable in helping students become familiar with the working environment of their future profession, understand the practical application of theoretical knowledge, and develop their professional skills.
