The 26th International Body Art Contest, an international hairdressing and beauty competition, concluded in Seoul, Republic of Korea, on October 10.
Students from CITI University's School of Beauty Sciences took part in the competition and achieved the following results.
T. Bida, a second-year student in Skin Care and Beauty Therapy
- Second place in the body hair removal category and the “Grand Grand Prix” trophy
R. Emuujin, a fourth-year student in Skin Care and Beauty Therapy
- Second place in the ready-made nail art category and the “Grand Grand Prix” trophy
- Third place in the gel nails category and the “Master Grand” trophy
N. Densmaa, a fourth-year student in Hairdressing and Styling
- The “World Grand” Grand Prix trophy in the men's freestyle haircut category
B. Oyun-Erdene, a third-year student in Skin Care and Beauty Therapy
- First place in the bridal makeup category and the “World Grand Prix” trophy
G. Gandiimaa, Head of the Beauty Department and a lecturer in Skin Care and Beauty Therapy, served as an international judge at the competition. She is also taking part in training to obtain international certification credentials in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024.
